Mediation
Family Dispute Resolution & Child Consultancy
Our accredited Family Dispute Resolution service provides a safe, neutral space for separating families to work through parenting, property, and financial matters without going to court. Through Child Consultancy, children can share their views in a safe, age-appropriate way, helping keep their wellbeing at the heart of family decisions.
Family Dispute Resolution - Constructive, non-adversarial pathways to resolve family and parenting disputes.
Family Dispute Resolution is designed for families seeking an independent, structured process to resolve disputes amicably, reduce legal costs, and prioritise long-term family stability.
This formal, structured dispute resolution process helps families navigate separation, post-separation arrangements, property matters, or communication breakdowns. As an accredited FDRP practitioner with the Attorney General’s Department, Australia Nikki facilitates balanced, constructive dialogue to help parties reach mutually acceptable agreements outside of court.
Using secure, private virtual video rooms, we guide joint or shuttle mediation sessions. This allows all participants to engage safely from distinct, comfortable environments while working toward clear, practical resolutions.
Child Consultancy - Centering the child's voice and welfare through family transitions.
Child Consultancy is a specialised, child-focused process that provides a safe, developmentally appropriate space for children and teens to express their thoughts and feelings during or after parental separation. This ensures their perspective remains central to family decision-making.
We conduct gentle, structured virtual consultations with the child or adolescent, thoughtfully communicating their perspective to parents to support collaborative, child-centered arrangements. This child-focused approach is used to ensure the child’s feelings and perspective are understood and respected - placing the child’s emotional needs, experience and well being at the heart of the practice.
Separating or divorcing families who want to protect their children's emotional well-being and ensure their voices are heard constructively.
Co-Parenting Support & Conflict Mangagement
De-escalating tension to build stable, cooperative parenting relationships.
We help separated parents reduce conflict, improve communication, and create calm, predictable routines for their children. Secure consultations are available individually or jointly.
With expertise in child development, attachment theory, family conflict management, co-parenting support and emotional regulation, we equip parents with the developmental lens needed to navigate complex family transitions.
This service focuses on conflict resolution and coaching for separating or divorced parents designed to lower hostility, improve communication channels, and establish predictable routines. Using secure video consultations, we work individually or jointly with parents to manage emotional triggers, resolve disputes, and co-create practical, low-conflict parenting plans.
For parents striving to communicate effectively post-separation, minimise conflict exposure for their children, and establish structured co-parenting roadmaps.
