Funding & Rebates
Covering the cost of therapy shouldn’t stop your child from getting support. Depending on your circumstances, there may be different funding or rebate options that could help. We’re always happy to talk through what might be available and what it could mean for your family. Unfortunately Medicare rebates are not available at this time.
Support Pathways
While every family’s situation is different, there are several pathways that may help support the cost of therapy. This includes funding from Victim Assist Queensland, funding for NDIS participants who are self or plan-managed, and potential claims through private health insurance. We recommend checking your specific eligibility with these providers to see how they can assist your family's journey.
Advance Notice
24 hour notice prior to the scheduled appointment time to cancel or to reschedule an appointment is required. Less than 24 hour notice, will incur half the appointment fee. Non attendance to appointments will incur the full appointment fee.
Opening Doors
We appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to change your plans. This kindness allows us to open the door to another child who may be waiting for support.

We understand that life with children can be unpredictable. Our cancellation and rescheduling policies are designed to ensure we can provide consistent support to all families while keeping our practice fair and sustainable. When an appointment is scheduled, that time is dedicated solely to your child's journey.

While we aim to be flexible, please note that changes made at short notice or missed appointments may incur a fee. This helps cover the dedicated time of our practitioners.
